EDUCATION ESSAY

I’m going to talk about education. What is education? Answering this question is not easy because everybody has a different point of view of what education is.
Education is a process through which humans assimilate and learn knowledge, rules and ways of being that govern our society. There are three types of education: formal, non formal and unofficial. Formal education refers to the education provided by a school, a high school or a university; non-formal education refers to the education that is achieved in academies, courses… and unofficial education refers to the education that is acquired thanks to the experiences in life.
I think that education nowadays is suffering horrible changes. Few years ago, parents supported teachers’ decisions, but now, teachers have no authority because parents believe their son’s version and not the teacher’s version when there are academic problems.
Education is a right, so I think that it is very important to prepare the human beings to be able to face the obstacles in life, and it makes them able to transmit to the world the knowledge that they have acquired along their life.
In conclusion, education is an art consisted of science, love and lots of patience.
